I have been dealing with Roskings since two years ago and since then, our relationship has been amazing. They are managing three of my properties. Initially I started with only one, after seeing the way and manner by which I was treated, I have given them an additional two properties. Let me share a quick experience with you to back up my point. Couple of months ago, I received a call from landlord below my flat on Sunday morning, that there’s a leakage of water coming from my flat above, and immediately, I got in touch with Roskings, and in less than an hour, Roskings sent one of their closed-by engineers to the property and resolved the problem without charging me. The landlord below my flat was very happy. .
So in a nutshell, my experience has been “so far so good “
